Great location.
Very reasonable price.
Loved the breakfast.
Big shower.
Parking just accross the road.
The room smelt like drains, not sure if we were unlucky but my sister was on the same floor (5th) and had the same issue.
Housekeeping are a bit intense. They want to come in and will keep knocking until you answer, the second day someone opened the door without knocking. Remember to put do not disturb sign up.

Location
The uncomfy/itchy sheets - the toilet pipe being in the corner of the room and hearing a loud crashing noise Every-time someone used the toilet in the place - the smell coming from the drains in the bathroom when running the tap
