The room was not too big but had all that was needed and very cosy and comfortable. Location is great… easy access to main attractions in central London.

Really great location right in the heart of London. Staff were friendly and really helpful at breakfast; my friend needed to walk with a crutch and one of the servers helped carry her plate from the buffet to the table. Nice big room with all the basic facilities.
The aircon in the rooms couldn't be controlled and was a bit noisy, but we got used to it. Some of the decor, bathroom facilities and furnishings are a bit shabby and could do with updating.

Very nice layout and Clean and helpful staff.
Room was cold and thermostat wasn’t working and had a humming from it all night.
