Lovely Hotel in an amazing location.
stayed in a family room (one king size bed and 2 bunk beds) at the rear of the main building. Beds were extremely comfy. Lovely bar, great breakfast. The Swallow Falls waterfall is literally opposite. Although I do believe entry should be free as a guest of the hotel!
The only small gripe was that we were on the ground floor and you could hear every footstep of the people walking in the room above us- fortunately they were fairly quiet, if they had been louder it would have impacted our stay.
The outside seating area has the potential to be spectacular with a little more lighting and the odd patio heater.

Overnight stay. Room clean and comfortable. Most staff friendly and helpful. One bar server clearly didn't want to be at work!
All good.

Bedroom was clean and tea coffee etc in room was good standard
Food was average. Not much comfort in bar area. All tables were basically for food service and not particularly comfortable for sitting having a drink. Outside area nice
