Excellent staff, comfortable spacious room, very central, clean, nice atmosphere in bar.

We were not able to have breakfast. In spite of asking before arriving and on arrival for an early breakfast (before 7am) as we were running the marathon and need to fuel 2 hours before the race the staff were unable or unwilling to accommodate us in any way! Very disappointed.

Everything was lovely, extremely happy with staff decorating for my boyfriend's birthday. Wish we stayed longer, thank you very much 😊 I'm sure when you read this you will remember us.

Location was good but wasn’t told about the building work going on at the hotel
Noisy room we could hear the bar underneath and we were third floor bar staff in hotel were very poor. Slow and occasionally rude not only to us but others as well
