Very comfortable and easy to get around. It was very clean and had a great vibe.

Rear car park a bit small but not a problem

The staff both in the restaurant and bar were excellent, could not have asked for better service. Breakfast was tasty. The atmosphere in the bar was great.

Our room was a disappointment, did not reach our expectations. The bathroom was so small and the sink obstructed the door especially in the night when in the dark. Overall we felt the room was tired not charming.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this quirky little pub in a beautiful, peaceful location. It was our first visit to the Cotswolds, and even the drive in was a pleasure. It was also well placed for the sights we wanted to see. The breakfast was excellent, and the evening meal was just as impressive. I tried pigeon for the first time and thought it was excellent. The staff were really friendly and attentive throughout, which made us feel very welcome. The other people in the pub were friendly too, adding to the lovely atmosphere. The quirky rooms added to the charm, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It is an old building so the room was not very sensibly laid out and access to the room was very difficult up steep windy stairs quite dangerous Poor for work as few plug sockets and small desk
