Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Location was great so close to Central Station. A short walk to Queen Street Mall. Room was clean and tidy. Appliances were good. Bed was fantastic. All in all a comfortable place to stay. We were there for 5 nights and really had no problems.
Some check in staff on occasion were too engrossed in their PC screen that sometimes we were not acknowledged. Returning to the hotel after a long day I had to look for my key to enter the hotel while the staff were either not at reception or oblivious to me struggling to find my key. Only a few staff were at fault.

The location is great - close to the Queen Street mall, across the road from Central Station.
The bathroom could do with a really deep clean. Deep scum around the shower base and the walls need a good wipe.
The tap fittings are so tight and hard to turn. If you dont manage to trun them off the taps drip.

Located right across the road from central station and also in the city near all the sites. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay
