Wonderful big room, amazing king bed. Exceptional quality bedding - like sleeping in the clouds! Nice pool and sauna/steam room, very decent gym. Great way to end the day after exploring Belfast / the Coast.

As others have mentioned, breakfast options don't exactly match the rest of the quality of the hotel. It is still a decent breakfast, but after staying in a a really high class room, you sort of expect more breakfast choice. Also, an evening meal was very mediocre. We had ribs and a burger, and it was a very average pub meal. Price too high for the quality. Staff were doing their best, but in early breakfast hour they were all standing in a group having way too loud private conversations and then at dinner there were too many of them hovering around our table and three or four of them asked if everything was okay. Not their fault, but something the restaurant manager should pay attention to.

Very modern and clean. Service was exceptional. Facilities were amazing. Breakfast was great with a lot options.Truly enjoyed our stay

Breakfast finished at 9.45 and while the staff were putting away the breakfast they wouldn’t allow me to have any.
