Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the location. It was easy to walk to the airport.
The light in the room could have been better.

Great location for access to the airport and a morning flight which makes it easy to avoid travel from the city.
I wanted to walk to the airport for my flight but there is not well designed walking path with traffic lights. Fortunately, the hotel offers a shuttle.
One small complaint about the service: I needed to ask for a hand soap which was missing in my room. It was never delivered even after calling the front desk about it.

Great service, courteous staff.
Meals at the restaurant were very good, including the buffet breakfast.Location
We could hear the laundry truck loading in evening & doors banging.
There was no shower gel when I took my shower. Would have been nice if room had a mini fridge.
No fan in bathroom

The lobby and entrance and the breakfast was good
Room basic for what we paid and electric car charging points were not working, I specifically booked this hotel to charge car having driven from Newcastle and the staff member could not have cared less.
