Room was very spacious.
The Staff were all very pleasant.
Breakfast was included in our package and was excellant with a large selection although sometimes a liitle cool.
Dinner was optional but a very good selection including a carvery if required
Like all hotels, maintence of small items are overlooked. Rooms should be should be inspected and the works attended to on a regular basis.
Lack of staff in the restaurant mornings and evenings but the ones that were there were very nice and attentive.
Unfortunately the location was in the middle of a Business Park whilst good for access to Lincoln and other sight seeing places, didn't give you the option to walk anywhere in the evening.

Convenient, value for money, plenty of parking and good evening meals. Very clean and comfortable bed and bedding. Curtains were clean and looked new. Staff friendly and very helpful.
It could do with some TLC on carpets ( threadbare in places) and doors - my room entrance door had a broken inside lock so had a chain instead. The toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly so it slipped. Would benefit from a higher handle to hold onto in the shower.
