Clean and decorated nicely sea front location away from the busier areas
Bar area was very loud in the evening could hear music until late it kept me awake
No phone in room to contact reception if needed to also no fridge

On the seafront and fairly easy to get to from the train station in a cab. Rooms comfy and a good size with great facilities. Bar well stocked and good quality breakfast.
No fridge in room which would have been helpful and prefer a hot buffet style breakfast (cereal and continental was buffet but had to order the hot food).

Nice hotel in perfect position on the sea front. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good easy to use free car park. Breakfast was good.
I am registered sight impaired, generally moving around the hotel was no problem, but the stairs weren't that well lit for me and the pattern of the stair carpet made using the stairs quite difficult and potentially dangerous. I realise that most visitors would probably not have a problem. But there was no lift. Only a minor point but the bar didn't have Dry Martini and we were told by other guests that the restaurant didn't have a wine list!

Excellent location, wonderful staff and excellent evening meal.
Room dusty ( shelf beside bed covered in dust),old carpet so looked really unclean. No hangers in my room. No drawer or cupboard to put my small items so had to leave them in the case. Soap dispenser in bathroom empty after 2 uses!!! Cleaning staff need training or a good talking to. I did that job and would have been sacked if my supervisor had found that when checking my work.
Breakfast really poor choice, no nuts/choice of fruit/good quality cereals . This definitely needs improvement.
