Staff is professional, warm and polite. I felt cared. It is a cosy still chic place. location is very central, yet quiet and elegant. breakfast is nice. the restaurant is a good one. I am happy to have chosen this hotel.
The bar in the reception area might be a bit better I believe. I am comparing it with the bar at the restaurant and the level is not the same.

We had our wedding breakfast at the Marylebone in number 6 and had our family stay here over the 3 days of celebrations. The room and hotel were absolutely perfect (but we already knew that!) the service from Lia & the rest of the team from start to finish was excellent and we couldn’t fault a thing. So many special touches for us as a new Mr & Mrs. Our guests are still talking about the food, service and venue and it is truly deserved - we were blown away!
Nothing!

Location was good . Had some issues that staff had to address.
If having a party below guest rooms maybe have music lower. Tell staff to not take room key when cleaning the room. Came back and noticed my room key was taken from light slot. They were sorry and spoke to cleaning staff. This was something I never experienced before and as a solo traveler was upset about.
