Dinner AND breakfast excellent. Very good menu, service, etc
The fact that we had to climb TWO flights of stairs to the bedroom and then to find a free-standing bath that we could not access - I am aged 90 and my wife - who's birthday it was, is 78 ( we had expected a separate bathroom with bath and shower.....)

The reception and breakfast staff were extremely polite and friendly. The breakfast had a good selection to cover everyone's needs. The food was fresh and very tasty.
The members of house keeping were about as friendly as a person on death roll.
I'm a pretty polite person and say good morning to all members of staff in there place of work but I got ignored or a mumbled response form the House keeping team.

Well located hotel with an attentive and professional staff. No untoward surprises; did its job well—Would certainly recommend to friends.
Nothing comes to mind.
