Been here twice now and it never fails we tryed the leisure Centre out it was lovely

Nothing just few cobwebs in the room

There isn't anything that I didn't like. I have been back 4 times this year. Its the perfect getaway especially when the weather has been so good. I have also been in January and its just as beautiful and peaceful then. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you, especially the leisure staff at the pool. Really enjoyed the facilities the pool (which was never overcrowded), jacuzzi, steam and sauna. We also enjoyed a round of mini golf all of which are part of your stay and included in the price. We had a brilliant time kayaking on the lake and it was beautiful and peaceful sitting out of a night and seeing all of the stars. I was given an upgraded lodge on my last stay and it was beautiful with absolutely everything you would need. A home from home. It was immaculately clean and had some lovely touches. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. We didn't spend time in the restaurant so I can't comment on the food but I really love this place and already looking to book again for January. It's brilliant and so well priced. If your looking for relaxation and some beautiful scenery you cant go wrong! Watching nature at its best. The swans come and visit throughout the day too. Such a lovely place. Its perfect for a group of friends, couple breaks or a couple of days with the kids

There was an issue with one of my friemds who booked for a massage and she had double booked so unfortunately she missed out on her treatment. That was the only downside if our whole stay.

Super convenient, lovely lodges, put us in a lodge close to the main reception and leisure centre which was convenient with our baby

We absolutely loved the resort! Style The property style and overall environment were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The facilities were also excellent, and we had a wonderful time swimming, playing golf on-site, and enjoying everything the resort had to offer. Free parking was also a great bonus. We booked two lodges for our family group & one two-bedroom lodge and one one-bedroom lodge. The two-bedroom lodge was spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and a good-sized fridge. However, we were a little disappointed with the condition and style of our lodge, as it felt quite dated, particularly the lighting and interior. Our other family members stayed in a newly renovated lodge at the same resort, which was much more modern, comfortable, and nicely presented. We would have been very happy if our lodge had been renovated to a similar standard. There are also paid water activities available, which need to be booked in advance. We enjoyed these facilities and the overall experience was amazing. Overall, we really liked the resort and its beautiful surroundings. If the older lodges were renovated and the lighting and interiors updated, this would have been one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. Despite these few issues, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the resort.
