Great location, close to town. Lovely pool facilities. Always welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed and very clean
Our room was amongst very loud guests that were making a lot of noise at midnight and beyond. As you knew I was staying with my baby I thought you would have placed us in a quieter area of the hotel as it was nowhere near full. This would have been really appreciated. It felt quite inconsiderate to have been placed in the room we were in.
We have had breakfast before and thought it was pretty basic so we went for breakfast at Hotel Indigo this time

Not enough staff and many were in training.
Phones were not answered to assist with queries relating to housekeeping.
No attention to detail.
