Convenient location for own needs.
Dining facilities and bar. Friendly staff happy to help and resolved technical issues quickly.
Bed kept moving across the floor.

The beds were very comfy. I got a good night's sleep every night. It surprised me; usually hotels suck! The balcony view was amazing; there's so much to look at, especially at night. I liked how big the room was; it was very spacious. they refill the fridge with milk and gave us more hot chocolate; it was incredible.
I didn't like how we were close to a hospital. We heard ambulances all night, and we heard a lot of people talking very late times down on the street and through the hotel walls (in other rooms), so that means the walls are not noise-cancelling

Great location. Not particularly good value but Brisbane hotels have become pricey.
Restaurant has a very limited menu, poor for vegetarians.

location and convenience of Brisbane private next door
easy to get food at lobby cafe/restaurant
parking on site and reasonable fee compared with other hotels
mould on carpet outside room - musty smell
noise of other rooms, but that can be at any hotel
