Everything! this is a lovely hotel. Everyone working here is friendly, so well trained and smiling. This is our second stay. A heaven of peace and refudge now that Sintra's tourism has exploded.
Also as coffee drinkers, we were not charged excessively for extra coffee pods (like our place Lapa Palace in Lisbon, terrible there)
The "tea" was very expensive for exactly 4 scones, jame and butter and two pots of tea. I think it was more than 40 euros.
Sadly there isn't a sauna. So really not a spa, there are only services such as massage/facial offered. No indoor pool.

Amazing palace of a building and the hotel staff were amazing . Shame the spa wasn’t open.

I cannot express enough how this was the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed. It felt like we were time traveling and treated like royalty! It was tranquil, beautiful and magical.
Note that you need to take a taxi to the location, Ubers/bolts can’t come to the hotel.

Fan in disrepair.
Fan needed due to air conditioning not cooling down from 25 degrees.
Called for assistance but that person was unable to fix the problem.
