Pestana Blue Alvor Beach - All Inclusive Hotel

Bedroom and view very nice Close walk to beach. Easy to get by car with good parking area. Nice pool area, Paddle Tennis Court and Crazy Golf.

Really does not have the quality and standard of service normally experienced with a 5 star hotel and also for the price we paid. We only stayed 1 night which was sufficient. Room and view was nice, reception good but we found the hotel quite dirty in the eating areas in terms of the bar and buffet restaurant on floor 1. There does not appear to be sufficient staff to keep the food areas serviced but more importantly clear tables of used plates and to keep the floor cleaned. The lift system was also bit hit and miss. Overall disappointing as we was thinking of coming back to the area for a longer stay in the spring. Need to look at other otpions.

Large hotel , on a small hill overlooking the coast about 10 minutes walk from the beach where there are lots of little coves etc. Accommodation is excellent , food is available at all hours , from several of their restaurants and is also very good with plenty of choice.

The staff were so friendly from the moment we entered the hotel. The most professional staff I've encountered.

Everything was good.

Proximity to the beach

Rooms, pool sides, facilities overall need updating. Looks very tired in places.
