Location brilliant & concierge amazing

Room outlook a bit dismal

Location was excellent! Food offerings in the AM was more than anticipated and delicious.

A space out doors to sit and read a book or talk. One that is associated with the hotel.

Shower was awkward to use Power points not easily accessible especially for charging I phone, I pad Very disappointed could not get breakfast on our last day Contacted concierge the day before that we had an early start as we had to catch a flight . I was told breakfast starts at 7 am but we had to leave before that time. I was not told that breakfast box is available, only made aware just before we left the hotel. I requested a refund but only offered some sort of voucher for future stays. The staff member was abrupt, adamant and not willing to accommodate us . He gave us a cup of coffee and tea at my insistence Not happy

This hotel is designed for the business traveller, not an older couple on holiday. The so-called superior room was poky and had very limited clothes storage space. Breakfast was OK but not up the the standard expected of a 5 star hotel.
