Close to the old town - could have done with tea making and fridge
A little frustrating key to room - ridiculous to disturb others while trying to get into room

The location is a 10 out of 10. Very easy to access the town and near right next to some good restaurants. Also, free parking is key.
Probably not a good choice for those with mobility issues. Stairs from the garage and into the common area.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful pool with amazing views, close to the castle wall
Shower was a little disappointing

The hotel actually exceeded our expectations...it did feel like we went back into history, but that was the charm of the place. Our room was fantastic. We had views over to the chapel next to the hotel as well as the old fortress wall. The breakfast was good and there were enough choices that should please everyone. The parking garage was good. It was just hard to find a place to park the car to find out where to actually park. Would recommend the hotel having at least a few spots available for loading/unloading. The staff was great. The had a welcome happy hour with free wine and snacks that was not expected. Also, the location was great. You were close to the arch and actually almost right in the middle of the old town when you walked up to it.
none.
