The staff were beyond helpful especially jacy on reception she went out of her way with kindness. The breakfast staff were on the ball and extremely professional and beyond.
The mattress was the only dislike it almost felt like a water bed but was probably just a mattress topper that was not right.

Very modern, friendly staff, great location for weddings nearby. Breakfast and room service was exceptional.
It was sorted for us very kindly in the end, but we had confirmed an early check in at 1pm, arrived at 1.30pm but all rooms had already been allocated.

Good quality breakfast, the room was clean and big.
There’s enough sockets in the room and none by the beds to charge the phone.
We got woken up by a member of staff calling the room at 7:30am. They then called again after 20minutes asking for our room service breakfast order when we didn’t request it in first place. Some of the staff especially reception could do with extra training.
