Breakfast excellent, Had full vegan menu , great to find that for breakfast Location supurb, great outside dinning by river , views of castle, River cruise very good and informative

Breakfast and location were excellent. We had a boat trip on the Nore with the 'pick up point ' just across the bridge . Very informative and relaxing !!! Going out in the evening was just a short walk to any venue. We have stayed with you before and will again.

By no means your fault but mine. We had booked through Booking.com and every time I booked the room , the website would say - Book Now ! I would book it then but when I would finish , it would say the same - Book Now ! I decided that they must have gotten the booking. We arrived to your hotel in Kilkenny and found that 3 rooms had been booked for the same night for the same couple - Us !!!! I explained what had happened and your receptionist accepted that tge problem would be sorted out by Booking.com. I have tried for weeks to contact them but to no avail , for a refund. I have been dealing with them for approx. 30 years but they keep sending " no reply " emails. I have overpaid €632 and am very disappointed with them. I'm wondering can you help ?? The booking was under my name - Ray Howell 086.2459340. I will leave it with you and hope we can get this sorted.

Lacking charging points in the room on the bedside tables

Very friendly staff, great food, perfectly located in the city center and close to the main sightseeing areas.

Old, outdated hotel. No air conditioning and room was very warm and humid. No room safe, WIFI wasn’t available for several hours in our section of the hotel, no electrical outlet next to the bed to plug in phones, no fan in the bathroom to clear the shower steam away, and door to room was low quality as we heard so much noise from the hallway.
