The location was GREAT. So close to St. Stephen's Green, to the Temple Bar area, even to the Guinness Storehouse (tho it was about a mile.) But pubs and coffee shops and such all around. It also meant that it was a very busy area as well. I was on the 4th floor with no lift available, but staff (which was essentially the bar staff) helped with bags both up & down the stairs. Bathroom had a pretty small shower, but looked newly redone.
OK, when they say there will be noise due to the bar downstairs, they weren't kidding. I had envisioned a small pub and figured - how loud could it be? It's a MASSIVE pub with two sides to it, multiple rooms, an outside area. It was LOUD on a Thursday night in October, until about 1:30am, and then the keg delivery came the next morning at 8am. Zoiks. So if you plan to be up late anyway, this is a GREAT option.

The beds were very comfortable, the size of the bathroom was good and the location was fantastic. The room met the needs of our family of four.
I would suggest adding a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Four people have quite a bit of stuff.

The property was as described. Unfortunately the staff, particularly the bouncer who had a very unfair judgment to peoples character. The manager seemed okay albeit it not very welcoming, but more acceptable. Overall I’d stay here again.

"La proximité avec le centre. Tout est faisable à pieds. La propreté de la chambre. Le lit très confortable. Malgré le fait d’être situé au dessus d’un pub, aucun problème pour dormir."
