Hotel Berthelot

Location was ideal, hotel was clean room was big enough for 2 people and clean. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of hot and cold food.

No milk in the room but you could take some from the breakfast area to put in your fridge in the room

breakfast was nice and good, the staff was great and welcoming. the hotel location is good, not too far from the center of the city. I came for business and the facility was good with a good and solid WiFi connection.

bad was small, but it is really nonsense.

The location was very good, close to the city center. Various choices for breakfast.

We booked the hotel specifically because it said that it offered parking, however this was not the case. They would not let us in the garage, stating that it is very small and the cars can not move, so we will not be able to get out during our stay. That was before the receptionist even knew what car we had. After we showed her the car and have seen the garage entrance, which offered more than enough space to enter, they refused to open the garage door and had many excuses as to why we can not park our car there. The hotel also has only three parking spaces in front of the hotel on their property, which were occupied. The rest was public. The staff offered to inform us when the parking was free, but that did not happen. We had to park on the street and pay a daily fee, meaning we had to monitor the exact time the parking has terminated so we could extend it. This was a problem, since we were on an airplane at the time and without access to the internet. Luckily, we did not get a fine.
