Faultless staff. Obviously well managed as all staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. From the cleaners to the check in counter and even the free transfer bus drivers. When on holiday these are the type of people you want to surround yourself with

The convenience of Jetpark is great and have used it alot for free carparking. The shuttle was efficient. The little lady loading the suitcases in the morning is amazing.

As I mentioned above we used the hotel for the convenience of the airport shuttle and free parking So was very shocked to find out when we checked in that we now had to pay. They reception staff told me thatvthis change is now in the fine print!!I was told this is because I had not booked through the jetpark website, I explained I had tried but found the website confusing when I didn't want to join their club so decided to book with booking.com instead. The parking is now at a cost $8 per day, which is cheap in relation to airport parking, but when this cost was unexpected, it is very disappointing and misleading.
