Great room size, comfortable bed, ground floor convenience, spacious car park, and a good atmosphere in the lounge and restaurant areas.
A tad noisy in the hallways as other guests talked while making their way to rooms late at night.

Breakfast was excellent. The receptionist who checked us in was very efficient, welcoming and friendly.
The fact that there was a very limited menu in the restaurant. At 6.10pm sold out of pizzas and three items on menu also sold out. We were left with a very limited choice. The stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for a couple of days. There was no towel rail in the bathroom so we ended up chucking the hand towel on the shelf behind the loo or leaving it by the sink.
