From this hotel nothing. From the next they send me close to the station everything but the ventilation system. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Helpful to resolve any issue you have.
Room was very stuffy and had a weird heat coming from the ceiling. Ventilation was not working properly and opening the window did not help. Had to change hotels so they send me to a nearby one. Did not sleep well first few days. Ventilation is set to auto yet the humidity from the bathroom gets into the room and is not cleared properly. Had to change it to more active to get the room cleared by the 3rd day.

The bed was so cozy and the room was well layed out. The window actually opened and our room faced a square and you can get on the tram right across the street. The central train station was about 2 blocks away and easily walkable. Plenty of shopping near by and lots of places to dine. It was very quiet at night. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. Got hot choices for a hot or cold breakfast.
The lighting controls for the room were odd, but they worked just fine.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It was very nice that it was possible to check-in early. The room was quite big and comfortable. It was nice that it was possible to open the window at the room. The breakfast had something for everyone..
Since my room was on the 2nd floor it would have been nice to walk there by stairs and not use the elevator every time, but the door to the staircase was locked.

Great location, close to Central Railway Station, shopping centres and restaurants.
Tram stop was just in front of the hotel.
Room was a bit old but clean and tidy.
Kettle was not provided unless you were in superior room.
Kettle was not provided in every room.
The shower door was not well shielded and leaking water.
Check in was not very efficient.
