Promptness efficiencyand friendlinessof Hotel staff at check-in. View from room I saw planes taking off! Concierge who ran to get a taxi for me to airport. Cheese selection on slate, vegetable saffron soup, souvenir shop, 711, beautiful setting with waterfall and rocks, Teabags provided in room and toothbrush, hairbrush, fluffy towels! Very quiet at night.

Gorgeous Halloween display in the foyer. Pleasant staff. Treed peaceful area with birds. Very comfortable bed.

The Hilton Airport shuttle bus does not service the domestic terminal. We caught a free airport shuttle to terminal two and joined a queue at the designated bus stop. A bus arrived but it was specific to a different hotel (several use each bus stop). We then looked at the timetable and saw that after 20:00 the Hilton picks up hourly rather than half hourly, as opposed to other hotels running an on going half hour service. Rather than waiting 45 minutes for the next shuttle we caught a taxi - cost ¥3000. The shuttle takes 20 minutes from the hotel to terminal 3 which you need to factor in to travel time. It was not at all easy to negotiate the television to locate the room service menu. The bilingual button on our room remote did not work. We were warned that room service would take 40 minutes. Well over an hour later our cool meals arrived.
