Great location near Disney Sea, hotel a bit old but lovely. Nice big breakfast buffet and lovely team members.
Big big thank you for the head of housekeeping which was wonderful and help with every enquiry we had and made sure we feel welcome and take care.
Nice that you ca buy Disney ticket on the day you wish to go and don't have to prebook it.
We will be back!
All was great, maybe the only this will be the booking system for breakfast was not easy for a large group of people.

Proximity to the Disney monorail
The fact I requested several times that our 2 rooms booked need to be situated as close as possible to each other as our family is large and we didn’t want to be too separated. We were positioned the furthest away possible for the room types we booked. Very disappointing. We also booked lounge access and the staff were very strict and assertive about the whole process, yet we saw Japanese families given access 10 minutes before the lounge closed, we definitely did not get our moneys worth.
