Great location with beach easily accessible and coral reef in good condition. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Multiple pools and good rooms.
Great to have a diving club at the venue.
Nice that there are quiet pools too if you don’t enjoy laud music (as in my case)
Entertainment is mainly for adults and not much for children. Of course kids have enough to do but still. Very many much sorted for Russian tourists. All staff speak also English and Italian.

-plusieurs piscines assez longues, l'eau de la piscine était assez chaude
-Snorkeling intéressant dans la zone délimitée
-personnel serviable et sympathique
-chambre spacieuse avec une belle vue sur une piscine et la mer
-la chambre était sale à notre arrivée, cheveux par terre dans la salle de bain, le canapé était sale
-la nourriture du buffet était passable mais rarement bonne
-beaucoup de marches à monter pour accéder au restaurant buffet (je ne recommande pas aux personnes âgées ou qui veulent éviter de se fatiguer en vacance)
-le teleferique était en panne visiblement depuis longtemps
-le rapport qualité prix assez moyen (sachant qu'on a fait un hôtel all inclusive a Sharm el sheikh quelques jours après celui-ci)

The facility was amazing. Reefs, pools and foods were great. The staff was wonderfull all of them are friendly and trying their best to make your holiday great. Jordian especially made our day much better. Thanks for all of the staff.

The staff was absolutely welcoming and amazing specifically Fares from paradise reef Resturant
The problem is that it is difficult to move around because the escalator was not working. The shuttles do not come so often the draining system in the rooms is not that maintained and the bathroom flooded. The food was not that good and my three children had stomach pains. The only restaurant that had nice food was paradise reef! The most splendid thing is that my husband had the opportunity to do diving courses and it was excellent that we had the beach and the diving center, which allowed him to be with us during the brakes!
