Chambre, équipement, literie impeccable. Rien à dire sur le personnel.

Petit déjeuner convenable mais quelle déception quand on connait la qualité des boulangeries parisiennes d'avoir des viennoiserie industrielles et du pain industriel. Pour un 4* je considère que c'est une faute.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Question propreté, il y a pas mal de poussière et le petit déjeuner le chocolat il est à l’eau et non au lait c’est dommage .

The location is very convenient, very close to the Champs-Élysées, the 24/7 check-in is useful, especially if you arrive late, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room looked reasonably clean at first glance, but the duvets were dirty, which was quite unpleasant. Also, despite the hotel advertising soundproof rooms, there was basically no soundproofing at all. I could hear almost everything from outside, as if the window was open. Traffic, people and other noises were very easy to hear during the night. Another thing I was not happy about was the €200 deposit requested at check-in. This was not clearly mentioned when I made the reservation, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. The biggest problem, however, was the room I was given. My Booking.com reservation specifically stated that I had booked a room with a balcony, but I was given a room without one. On top of that, the room was located right next to the kitchen and a shared bathroom. Every time someone used the bathroom, I could clearly hear the noise from my room. And the toilet in the room was probably the strangest thing. It was not actually in the bathroom. It was in a tiny separate space that was basically just as wide as the toilet itself. If you are claustrophobic, this would be a serious problem. I asked to change the room that same evening. Unfortunately, the room was not changed until the next morning, so I had to spend the entire first night in that room.
