Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff at reception was always very courteous and ready to help. The staff at the adjoining restaurant was just as pleasant as was the cleaner when we met her near our room. The room itself was very nice and exceptionally clean. Thank you for making our stay such a nice break!
The hotel was very well located, within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe and the River Seine. Great for taking a river cruise.
Nothing. Everything was just right.

Room is good size. A big window for fresh air and view on the street. Quiet location and convinient to go around centrer. Was clean. Toilet separated than shower. And a small Kitchenet with espresso coffee maker that was convenient for a coffee. Does not have breakfast but next to it a very lovely coffee shop with delicious things to choose for the perfect breakfast
Staff was very polite and friendly
Too small elevator and fitted carpet to common areas but this did not affect our stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at the café next door and was very good, especially the crossaint!
Bed was a little stiff and the pillows were not comfortable for me. The bathroom was nice but the sink had a glass shelf which made it difficult to when brushing teeth because it was too close to shelf

Location excellent!
Room & Toilet were way too small for the cost.
