In a rural neighborhood I expected a small old style building. It was however, modern, clean, nicely furnished and excellent facilities.

It was very clean and close to the airport. The bathrooms seem to have recently been remodeled. We did not get breakfast, as we left very early in the morning, but it smelled amazing.
I didn't find the bed very comfortable (could feel springs in bed, sheets were a little rough, pillows were very small). It's in a residential area, with the nearest food being in Erding (~10 min drive away). It was also difficult to get to from Munich via public transportation.
