Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Very good location directly entering the main train station, took me literally one minute to get from my room to the plattform! :-) Also the reception staff was very helpful and friendly at any time of day.
Free lockers after check-out were very welcomed.
The air conditioning in the room was too noisy and it wasn't possible to switch it off. It can be disturbing for lightsleepers.

The hotel is inside Düsseldorf Hbf itself, so it's very convenient for the trains. It's a bog standard IBIS hotel, so you get what the basics. They're all there, but it's nothing fancy of course. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Price was a little steep for an Ibis, but it's still cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Nothing special about the hotel as such. It plainly serves its purpose to have a roof over your head for a night or 2.

Okay for one night stay, clean and located right at the station.
Very dated, probably not suited for more than a night stay, staff were unfriendly and honestly shouldn’t be working in hospitality. Did not see any one of them smile.

"Hôtel situé dans la gare, mais on n'entend pas du tout les trains. Accès facile aux points d'intérêt locaux, ainsi qu'à l'aéroport en 15 mn en train.
Personnel aimable
Chambre bien insonorisée, lit..."
