Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Excellent location; we could walk everywhere from the hotel and it felt very safe. The room was clean; there’s a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and it was very quiet
The rooms were quite warm; we had the air conditioning set to the lowest possible setting and the room was still warm.

The property is located right by the beautiful cathedral, which is right in the heart of the city. It was very easy to find parking which was right across the street.
The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is nice and the room was excellent, very clean and minimalistic. The bed was comfortable and the duvet was amazing.

Great location.
Clean and modern.
Marvin stark at reception was amazing - deserves a promotion and pay rise.
Manager has no customer service skills, very abrupt and rude.
Wouldn't accommodate an accessible room for 2 of our party who couldn't climb into the bath to shower.
Restaurant very limited menu and choice of food.
No actual bar area.
Very late cleaning. I arrived back one day at 4.30/5pm to shower and warm up after being caught in the rain.
The cleaners were in my room cleaning at this time!!!
