I wish they had more selection of places to eat or at least offer a larger menu at the two restaurants. Not much choice on menus.

Having the pool and spa facilities meant that we were able to unwind after a busy day in Berlin which we really enjoyed. Facilities were always clean and well maintained.

Great pool area, good breakfast, rooms very comfortable, though the matress was too soft for my liking, but it’s just preference.

Spa makes this hotel worth it. Breakfast very hearty.
Hotel has no air conditioning which I was amused to find out! Why? Hotel seems pretty fresh, so what went wrong during construction/renovation? AC is a must, will not be going back to this hotel in summer months for sure. I’ll check autumn though. Also, why can’t I change towels in SPA reception? What’s the hassle in sorting it out between you guys? (Hotel management and spa management)
