My husband raved about the linguine and the service at the restaurant. He loved it.
The service at the reception was really good as well. The employee was kind and very helpful.
Room was clean and good.
We didn't have to pay for the shuttlebus there and got tokens for the trip back to the airport. The bus was clearly labeled.
We missed the shuttle because we were late (shuttle left very punctually), but there was a taxi waiting outdoors at 5:30 in the morning, so all good.
It seems a bit inaccessible without car or shuttle. I was initially planning to come by skyrail but got confused at the airport and changed plans and took the shuttle.

- The room was very clean and equipped with all the modern facilities I needed for a comfortable overnight stay.
- The service provided by other staff members was friendly and professional.
- The hotel shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and reliable — a real plus for a transit stay.
Unprofessional and unfriendly check in experience with the receptionist

The check-in experience was excellent. The young man who assisted me, probably the manager, was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming.
The room had only one towel despite the reservation being for two people. Nobody answered the phone at reception, so I had to return to the front desk and wait in a long queue. The female receptionist, who appeared to be the only staff member on duty that night, was unfriendly and showed obvious reluctance when providing the second towel. It is unacceptable for guests to have to go through this experience just to obtain a basic necessity. The poor service was a disappointing contrast to the excellent check-in experience.
