it was a rainy day, we did not get to go out, so we stay inside the hotel, there is a sauna facilities, which was great, the room is spacious, we had a cozy evening. Most of the people there are helpful and friendly, the kitchen staff was very kind and helpful
Everyone is nice but just ONE GUY :( i told him i want to sit by the window for breakfast, he just said "no", and continue leading other guests to the window seat. The description says there is a balcony, but he (the same guy) said standard room there is no balcony, i find it quite misleading, they should have amend that on Booking. You can also notice people leave good review for the place not to the people, and they did spend time to reply and ROAST them in the review which is something to frown upon

Great location and view, nice family run business with flexible check in hours. Also had free parking

The breakfast buffet was very good, and better than expected for a 3*sup hotel. The location of the hotel was very good for arrival by car, and close to the city centre for walking-
The reception was closed when we arrived. The receptionist did not fulfil the 'normal' requirements. Our (double) room was equipped for one guest only instead of two. No help to bring our luggage to the 2nd floor.

Great location. Walk to everything in town. Parking was good. Room was nice size with balcony.
Room and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.
