Excellent Breakfast - Taste and quality and variety of the spread of items. Very clean and very friendly front desk staff.
I came in Sept and the cooling system was switched off. This was uncomfortable at night. Hence had to ask for a Fan which the staff immediately provided. It was fine then. The TV selection for a non German visitor was not in English and many channels were blurred and not clear due to some technical issues. Should have international English TV News stations like BBC, etc to cater to all people.

Very very friendly staff, from reception tot bar staff to breakfast staff! Everything was very clean.

Nice hotel in town centre
With restaurant and parking costs it is over priced

Staff friendliness and implicit understanding of guest needs. Well designed bathroom. Comfortable size room with storage space and working top. Reasonably priced breakfast. Able to walk easily with luggage to station. These all added up to a great stay.
Cannot really think of anything to be critical of during my 4 nights there.

"Un hotel à l'ancienne mais très bien entretenu et confortable. mieux que certains de style moderne. Propre, calme malgré la rue qui est un axe central. Le buffet de petit dejeuner est très correct mal..."
