We liked the room quality, toilets and showers, clean sheets.
New AC in the room. Complimentary breakfast in hotel's restaurant.
Personell was very kind and professional ( Bijaya Tamang for example).
The hotel is located in a quiet street of Thamel saving on the noise from the main street.

Very friendly and always smiling staff. Shout out to Muna! The rooms were everything you need. And the location so fabulous in the middle of the thriving Thamel neighbourhood.
The breakfast could have been more diverse. On Western diet there were pancakes, toast, honey and jam. There was a daily change in local diet breakfast. But all good. Works well for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Bijaya, the Front Desk Supervisor, assisted us throughout our stay with great professionalism and warmth. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for us.
The overall service was excellent, especially the F&B team, who provided outstanding hospitality. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service staff were courteous and attentive at all times. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The team truly made our stay memorable, and we look forward to coming back again.
