HOP Apartments & Suites

Without a doubt, this is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. I honestly struggle to find the right words to describe how exceptional this place is. It is fully equipped, beautifully designed, and every single detail has been thoughtfully considered. The interior design is simply breathtaking, the quality of the furniture and finishes is outstanding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the city centre, while still offering an incredible view overlooking the river. Waking up to that view was truly something special. What truly impressed me was the smart technology throughout the apartment. Everything was so well integrated and made the entire stay incredibly comfortable and effortless. The staff were also wonderful — professional, welcoming, and extremely attentive. Honestly, the owner left us absolutely nothing to criticize. Every single aspect, from the furniture and décor to the design, quality, and technology, is done to an exceptionally high standard. After staying at HOP, I genuinely find it difficult to be impressed by any other accommodation — even luxury hotels. You have officially set the bar way too high! Great location, loved the space. Beds were so comfortable! Love the view from our apartment.

Located close enough to the centre but in a quiet area with superb views over the Jungfrau. Nice walk on the river path straight from the back of the hotel. Practical parking in front of the hotel. The flat was very functional, modern and clean, and the kitchen well equipped.for everyday cooking. We had a lovely time there!

The surroundings are very quiet but the insulation not as full as in a hotel. Hence at times we could hear the neighbours. This hasn't prevented us to have restful nights though, but maybe for very noise sensitive people.

The Apartments are modern and well equipped, They offer a great view over the Aare river which you can swim in and the Jungfrau mountain range in the distance. They are a short walk from the town centre and main rail station.

unfortunately the extractor fan in the room below was faulty which caused an vibration in our room when it was activated. We reported it to the owners who were very apologetic and promised to get fixed ASAP.
