Quiet Close And well maintain

I really enjoyed my stay at Admiral Plaza Hotel. What stood out most was the wonderful staff, who were always friendly, welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast each morning was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and having both a pool and gym made the stay even better. Overall, it was a warm and comfortable place to stay, and I’m very grateful to the team for making me feel so welcome.

The location is very central and convenient, with easy access to the metro, bus station and surrounding areas. However, because it is such a busy and lively part of Dubai, there can be quite a lot of noise and activity outside. This is no fault of the hotel at all, but it may be worth keeping in mind if you prefer a very quiet location.

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Accountability The room was clean but basic, and breakfast was mediocre at best. At around 5.30 am, I reported that the English-language TV channel advertised in the hotel's own directory was not working. Despite my complaint, nobody attended until approximately 11 am, following another call to reception. When maintenance finally arrived, they simply stated that the channel listings were incorrect and hurriedly left without apologising. Reception offered no apology either. The issue wasn't just the television. It was the misleading information, unacceptable delay, lack of courtesy and complete absence of accountability. Very disappointing.
