Unpleasant smell in the 5th floor hallway and the bathroom

I liked how big the bed is. Complimentary water is always a plus in my book. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. Overall, really good, would recommend!

Was nice, close to airport, easy to find.

In the morning we didn’t know how to check out - all was solved later. Bed was very soft but for one quick night was ok.

The only thing I appreciated was the polite and courteous behavior of the housekeeping staff responsible for cleaning the rooms.

The breakfast was mediocre. In a country known for its excellent cheeses, there was a surprisingly limited selection of cheese at breakfast. It would have been much better to offer three or four varieties of Swiss cheese. The boiled eggs were mostly cold, and the tomatoes seemed to have been chopped well in advance and were not fresh. The reception staff appeared to be trying to be polite only out of obligation and seemed reluctant to assist us. This was the impression we got from their attitude and manner. The hotel corridors had a strong, unpleasant smell and were extremely stuffy. The air was so stale that we felt nauseous even while walking from the corridor to our room.
