Notre séjour à City Saison Hotel était incroyable , le personnel attentionné et à l’écoute.

The location is very convenient if you plan to spend most of your time near the city center. The hotel is directly opposite City Centre Mall. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was nice.
I also appreciated having useful facilities in the room, including a refrigerator, cooking range, utensils, coffee maker, iron, safe, and other essentials. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.
I noticed mosquitoes in the washroom, which was a little unpleasant. I also found some small insects/bugs inside the refrigerator. I did inform the reception as well. Better cleaning and pest control would improve the overall experience.
Overall, the hotel had a convenient location, comfortable accommodation, useful in-room facilities, and cooperative staff, but cleanliness and pest control need some attention.
