Second time staying here and my stay was equally great. The main reception staff were so friendly and helpful. This place will continue to be my stay anytime I am in Hanoi.

perfect location! close to everything in the old quarter. lovely little coffee shop underneath - great coconut coffee and cinnamon buns :) very kind, welcoming staff. good size room with a fridge.
Unfortunately the most uncomfortable bed we have ever, ever slept on, alongside a very noisy street that had constant sound until around ~3am. Definitely bring ear plugs for staying at this property. Also was a cockroach in our room, but not that big of an issue.

Well located with great restaurants and shopping and Train Street close by. The bakery/cafe in the hotel makes a great coffee.
The property had no negatives, although a bed side table and access to the light switch from bed would have been helpful.

"Super bien placé, rue dynamique. Mais chambre sur jardin calme. Personnel très agréable au petit soin."
