Everything was good👍

Pool, beach and elevator are generally very clean, organized and comfortable. The air conditioning and tv provided in the room, alongside the facilities like water, tea, and coffee proved very pleasing. Most of the staff are very friendly beyond expectation, room upgrades and discounts are quite common, especially on low-volume days, which is a, not-required, but kind treat to kind visitors.

One of the staff members has a huge attitude, but I wont mention names since they didn't cause any inconvience THIS stay, not counting the last. The room came with 1 large bed instead of 3 twin beds are requested for the obvious 3 people check-in? alongside missing room neccessites like dental kits, flippers, and showering equipment. Lack of prayer mats also proved very inconvienent. BIGGEST annoyance, althought arguably understandable, is not allowing delievery drivers up. Having an employee take them up (in case of already paid orders) would fix this. I think they need to make a website with clear rules about guests, and other stuff like costs for day passes for guests.
