Beautiful property and very courteous staff, took care of check in for my aged mother without hassle, and kept checking on her too. They told her important events happening like Lighting the lamp, music shows etc and offered her to tour the property untill the rest of us arrived. Lift man, door man are extremely courteous and make sure they help you with luggage, cab etc and keep greeting you every time. The chef took extra care when we mentioned mom eats only Jain food and prepared special Channa masala and Poori and brought to us during breakfast Buffet!

Old rooms , no mini bar, air conditioning not working and despite complains no efforts made to get it working properly
