It was such a clean place and very comfortable
The toaster at breakfast was broken so you had to stand there and hold the button down - could have been replaced very cheaply

Great character, good sized room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, easy walking distance to the station.

Great friendly and caring staff. Terrific example of a 5 star historic hotel that kept the charm and included all the modern amenities one might want. The breakfast was incredible
Nothing - this was a super hotel in a lovely town that is well worth the price.

It was great staying here, in the centre of the city. Nice clean rooms, with lots of space, the bathroom was big and new.
Breakfast was not included considering the price.
