Royal Ricc

Absolutely lovely hotel, very historic flavour and decoration. Probably the best breakfast room I've ever eaten in, stained glass everywhere. Breakfast was decent, good selection but mostly on the continental side, with limited hot options. The male reception staff were very bright and jovial and the breakfast lady was very nice too. Location couldn't be better, yards from the square and a lot of the main attractions, like the Crypt, Labyrinth etc. Restaurants and bars right outside the door and loads more highly rated options minutes away, including many Michelin recommended. Room was beautiful with a very decorative ceiling and stained glass window. Bed was firmer than we like but still comfortable. Just a really nice and interesting place to stay.

There was literally a bar outside our bedroom window on the ground floor so can be a bit noisy on a weekend evening if you're on that side and like to go to bed early. It was quiet on the weekday evening though.

The hotel is stunning, like going back in time with period furnishings and artworks as well as painted ceilings. Perfect location in the middle of the old town. Great breakfast and very friendly staff

Unfortunately our room was above a noisy bar so we couldn’t have the window open. Noise diminished about 11-11.30pm

The location is perfect right in the historical center. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was quite okay.

The place of the sockets (to charge th cell phone for example) could be better!

The room old style was fake, despite central location, not at all what was expected.
