Location next to the rain station if you need a quick hop on and hop off stay

Location few minutes walk from center

Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station, which made getting around extremely easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive to every request. I especially appreciated the complimentary luggage storage available on both check-in and check-out days, which was very convenient. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Although it was not particularly spacious, there was still enough room to accommodate two or three large suitcases without any issues. The bathroom also offered ample space for toiletries and personal belongings. The air conditioning worked very well and could be adjusted to suit my preferred temperature. The bed was comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

Air conditioner was a little bit noisy, but it’s not a big problem.

Convenient location , easy access to restaurants & friendly & knowledgable staff, especially Liana.

Just the dark coloured painted walls, could have been brighter colours.
