Novotel Caserta Sud

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Sicily. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was quite good. Otherwise, no complaints!

The only downside was having to pay extra for parking.

Les menus proposés étaient parfaits

Petit déjeuner assez basic

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very positive experience. The whole hotel felt clean and full of natural light, and our room was equipped with a smart TV. I also appreciated the excellent bathroom products: from shampoo to conditioner and body wash, definitely above‑average quality. The staff were very accommodating: when we called in the morning to say we were running late for breakfast, they kindly allowed us to take some of the remaining items and drinks up to our room. The free outdoor parking was another plus and the location is very convenient, close to both the shopping centre and the outlet.

The only downside was having to pay for the water in the minibar, which I would have expected to be complimentary. Other than that, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
